Today, the Faroese Maritime Authority had the distinguished honor of presenting the "Ship of the Year 2023" diploma to Svitzer Faroe Islands.
The ceremony took place at the brand new FMA headquarters in Giljanes. Attending from the Svitzer Faroe Islands administration were Dánjal Olsen, Malan Johansen, and Gunnbjørn Joensen. Representing the winning ship, Svitzer Hymer, were Mikael Sandström (Master), Johan Jörnulf (Chief Engineer), and Tobias Markgren (Chief Officer).
